We offer in-person and tele-therapy services in Florida, as well as virtual therapy for clients in Virginia, Maryland, Texas, South Carolina, New, Georgia, Ohio, and California. Your mental health journey matters and we're here to help.
Self Pay Rates
For those paying out of pocket, we offer the following rates:
Individual Intake Session — $200
Family Therapy Intake — $200
Individual Psychotherapy (60 minutes) — $175
Family Therapy Session (45 minutes) — $150
Group Psychotherapy Session — $60
Support Group Session — $50
Out of Network
As an "Out of network provider," reimbursement is not guaranteed stated in your policy. We can provide a super bill for potential partial reimbursement. We contacting your insurance about your out-of-network coverage before starting services with Revive. If you prefer an in-network provider, we can assist with referrals.
