Ashley Francis has dedicated 12 years to supporting individuals during some of life's toughest moments, including women's health issues, postpartum challenges, Intimate Partner Violence (IPV), inpatient psychiatry, and assisting first responders, as well as the brave men and women of our military and veteran communities. Her journey has been rich, diverse, deeply human. With a strong focus on addressing trauma, each session aims to create pathways for adaptive living and thinking. Ashley meets you where you are offering compassion and understanding without judgment as you embark on your healing journey.
