Policies with Fees

Cancellations:

Cancellations and rescheduled sessions will be subject to a charge of $100 if notice is NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.

No Show:

We understand that life happens, and you are allowed ONE NO SHOW WITHOUT PENALTY.

Please be aware that A $100 NO SHOW FEE will be charged if more than one no show occurs. This fee is not covered by insurance and will be billed directly to you.If there are more than two no-shows, we will need to reassess whether ongoing therapy is appropriate at this time.
